Onboarding Process for Diamond Plan
- Kickoff Call: We’ll start with a one-on-one strategy session to understand your business, goals, and tech stack. Whether you’re using Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, or a mix of tools, we’ll determine how to streamline everything into one cohesive system. During this call, we’ll also establish a migration plan (if needed) to ensure a smooth transition.
- Migration Planning: If you’re moving from another platform, we’ll map out every step of the migration process. For simple migrations, we’ll apply a one-time $500 fee, covering contact imports, automation transfers, transactional email templates, UTM tracking, and more. For more complex migrations, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your requirements. If you’re starting fresh with no data to migrate, there's no migration fee at all.
- Custom Requests & Setup: Once the migration is agreed upon, we’ll handle everything you need to set up your high-performance hosting, MarketingFlow email system (if you opted into an email add-on), and WooCommerce payment gateway. If you have specific requests, like implementing UTMs for saving audiences/segments or syncing data with Private Analytics, just submit a ticket, and we’ll handle it for you.
